    We are older (76 and 78 years old). My husband and I both saw results day one. Most of the time we only need 1 a day, sometimes need 2 a day for a couple of days. I don’t think they are too expensive. They cost less than a prescription from the doctor and they don’t exact a price on your body like chemical products. This is far more natural and easier on your body. Staying regular not only makes you feel better and keeps you healthier over all. They work. Worth the price.

    I rarely write review but I am impressed! Due to hormonal shifts, I’ve experienced bloating, some foods causing discomfort, etc. I’ve tried other popular brands on the market without much luck. This is the real deal – I saw a difference after the 1st day! I take as prescribed (2 pills a day, I take them in the morning at the same time on an empty stomach, then have bfast 30 – 60 min after). My belly is happy, I feel terrific and I’m really pleased with the performance and quality of this product.

    Works OK so far. I was taking Emma before and I never felt more bloated. I switched to Seed and the swelling had gone down not sure if it’s from this product but I will keep taking them because so far it’s better than Emma. The pills keep getting stuck in my throat. It’s super uncomfortable. So I started to pull the cap off and blend in my smoothie. I noticed that within the outer shell there is a layer of powder and then a hard pill. This might be what is making the pills get stuck they may be heavier than other supplements that only have powder inside the capsule.

    So with all the great reviews, I decided to buy these and yes, I did buy them on Amazon not the actual product website. I started with one per day for three days. I didn’t really notice too much at all then I went to two a day for the next five days have gained total of 4.6 pounds Now there is an ingredient for Mented something I’m not really sure that can cause people to gain weight. I’ve never had that issue with any probiotic before and for the price I wasn’t going to continue with this product unfortunately unable to return as it is an edible item With all honesty only for about seven full days so I might not have given it an actual chance, but to be honest, I was constipated after I took it for five days
    I do say if you suffer from gas, bloating, and cramping that means that the probiotic is doing its job it’s working to give it a little longer. I really never experienced much of that may be a little gas. The first day I went to the bathroom, but after that I didn’t I still have them and I might try them again, but after almost 5 pounds I’m scared to even try them again as I’m trying to lose weight and stay at one weight but the scale just kept growing every morning 1 pound the next day 1 pound I couldn’t understand it , anyway give it a three star I do not think they’re that great and they are pricier than other probiotics

    Introduced slowly by taking 1 for first 2 days, took 2 on 3rd day. Suffered cramping, bloating, nausea. Worst side effect was severe flatulence. Stopped for a couple days and symptoms stopped. Wanted to give it a fair chance so tried again with 1, same side effects started. Was going to return product but seller doesn’t accept returns for this product. That was my error for not reading the fine print, if you will. However, I question the company’s reasoning behind this, as I’ve returned other brand probiotic supplements over the years with no problem. So I was left scratching my head as to what is in this probiotic that makes it Non-refundable due to a “safety risk” as described on their refund policy; versus all the other brands of probiotics that don’t pose a “safety risk” and are Refundable. At $65 this product is highly over-rated in my opinion and makes me question the integrity of a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. At the end of the day, you gamble $65 for a product that may or may not work. Do your research because there are hundreds of other good probiotics available. I’ll continue to search and find one that works for me.
