Michael Boucher –
It is one of the best sleep aids I have found.
It has Gaba 100mg, wish it was more. It help shut off my brain.
But I will buy it again.

I’m having disturbing and/or confusing dreams when I take this. I can’t honestly say how well it works. I think it depends on the user

K…so I’ve been on prescription sleeping meds for quite some time. Getting off the prescription sleeping med, after research, I decided to give this a try. Like any med, it doesn’t work for all people, but give your body time to adjust. It didn’t work the first few nights for me, but after about a week and my body adjusting, after about 15-30min-ish, I started yawning and getting tired and found it easier to fall asleep. It may not work for everyone, but give it a little time to see how you adjust to it. I’ll update if anything changes as time goes by. Hope this helps the people that can’t sleep, I feel your tiredness…

I took primal sleep for a week and it did not work for me. It was a waste of my money and could not get a refund.

Took 2 pills at ten oclock. No alcohol or coffee before taking the pills. Woke up two hours later feeling like I had heavy dreams and no sleep. Will not buy again. I am a healthy 80 year old. I take a blood thinner and atenolol for a fib.

Honestly, I was skeptical. I didn’t like the price, I thought it was too much. I’ve watched my mom suffer and abuse prescribed sleep meds. Not she’s stuck and can’t seem to get off of them. I’ve used melatonin, PM meds, drinks, edibles. Nothing seemed to work and let me wake up feeling refreshed. Most had me in a fog for the next day. I take this 30 minutes before bed. Once in bed, I play on my phone for a little. I’d say about an hour after being in bed, I get really sleepy and shut my phone off, with no issues. Before this, I’d toss and turn for hours. I wake up refreshed, and actually sleep through the night most nights. This has worked really well for me. I’m glad I gave it a try. If you’re looking for something that’s going to knock you out completely, this isn’t it. It just helps you get to sleep. I’ve used it for 3 months not and love it.
