    What I got was different from picture on box it was in; never worked; tried contacting ’24/7′ customer service line and got recording ‘no one was available’; tried ’24/7′ customer service email and got absolutely no response. Amazon needs to not carry this company’s product as they seem to only exist in a shipping warehouse. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

    We really like what it does. The shocks are starting at first but you get used to it. The biggest fault is that the pads are not sticky enough so we have to tape over them to secure.

    This is a two person device for hard to reach areas. A remote would be nice!

    The lettering would be easier to read if it was black.

    This unit works really well. The only complaint I have is the sticky pads don’t stay sticky long enough. I’ve only had it a week and I’m going to have to order new pads if I want to use it.

    I’ve tried several of these for my wife in the past, and nothing comes close to nooro’s massager when it comes to relieving muscle tension. It’s comfortable to use, even for longer sessions. The buttons are well-placed and simple to operate yourself. Being cordless is a huge plus when you need to move around and the rechargeable battery lasts a decent amount of time.

    Overall a great buy if you’re looking for an effective massager, especially if you’re dealing with chronic back pain. Highly recommend using it on Accupuncture mode!

    SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS I READ! This product is good in CONCEPT & bad in DESIGN; Actual USE of product DID NOT follow the included instructions; Product lite-up when plugged in but never could tell if it was charged as lights did not go out as stated in instructions; controls too hard to SEE, READ & to WORK; pressed controls but again never any indication that the command was accepted. 2 of the 4 I ordered were opened; attempted charging; NEVER WORKED! Returned all 4. Nooro needs to go back to the drawing boards on this product! It has excellent potential but as indicated was poorly designed, and perhaps a rush-to-market before fully tested/proven!

    First unit purchased would not fully charge. Returned and ordered replacement. Product worse than the first one. Instructions say it is fully charged when blue light goes out. Never went out after even 48 hours on the charger. I think this is wrong, fully charged when blue light stays on and not blinking. Called the customer service number included with the unit and was told that since I purchased through Amazon they would not help me nor would they even talk to me and hung up. Now second unit won’t even stay on. After about 10 seconds turns itself off. I will be returning and never purchase their products again.
