    I bought this to help with a natural way to deal with my hot flashes/night sweats. After 1 week of taking the gummies twice a day, im still waiting for results. I plan on updating my review after a month of usage.

    Note: The flavor is between flowers and soap. Not so bad that I won’t take them but bad enough to try to chew it as fast as I can. The gummy is the same size as a tums, pictured.

    I’m 52, and have been dealing with flashes for about a year. It was so bad I kept my heat on 62 in the winter. I was taking Gapapentin, but over time it wasn’t working as it was in the beginning. I bought these a few weeks ago and hasn’t had a flash yet! It’s also effective for my sleep pattern too.

    This is a good start to getting some of the perimenopause symptoms under control. It doesn’t replace what your provider may offer but can be a support for fatigue and mood. I take them daily and I haven’t had any side effects.

    I’m Perimenopausal and get hot flashes at night, so I guess they kinda of helped. I’ve started trying another supplement after I finished these, so I’m not sure if it was me taking these for a month and then starting this new supplement, but my hot flashes have really lessened. They taste good too!!!
