    The taste of the vitamin takes time getting use to
    but it definitely has a mango flavor . Easy to use. I’ve taken it for 2 months now and hair feels healthy and starting to find baby hairs growing on my hairline. Do have more energy. Let’s see what six month of taking MRV will do. I am happy with the results

    I had been eyeballing this liquid multivitamin for some time now and I saw that it was onsite at the time so I went for it. I’m glad that I did because I can feel the difference in my body and my hair and nails are well nourished and thriving like crazy. I’m glad I tried it and will be purchasing another bottle soon.

    i really think you need to take this for at least 3 months to see results so im only speaking on the upfront stuff, since ive only taken it for 2 weeks
    first the price is definitely expensive, the smaller bottle is only 15 days worth, for the price it should definitely be a months supply and the bigger bottle being a 3 months supply, in my opinion that would be a better value
    secondly the taste is gross, it smells like traditional b vitamins, and the peach/mango flavor is just nasty! i just shotgun it back and its over, i can take a sip of whatever and there is no aftertaste, so i mean its not THAT bad but its definitely not “tasty”
    like i said i definitely think it needs at least 3 months to give an honest opinion, i bought it because i have hair thinning so im hoping that helps it, and the added b and d vitamins is nice
    i do notice my skin looks a bit more glowy, im also taking collagen so i cant pinpoint it to the collagen or maryruth liquid, all i know is i havent changed my makeup or skincare and i do see a change in my face
    hopefully i can update more after using it longer, i will continue to buy it because it is an easy supplement to take and it has what i was looking for, even though its pricey :/

    **update, after this review posted I received a refund offer- despite this issue being resolved. I think how they handle customer service appears on the surface as caring and responsive- but truly feels like it is for appearance. Otherwise, I do not believe asking invasive questions regarding medicine taken is needed. It felt intrusive. It is as simple as the product did not work for me as an absolute answer, with nothing signifying anything wrong with the product. They were kind enough to offer another product to try, though.

    The concentration of vitamins in this formula has exacerbated flushing of the face, caused more restless nights, and increased my tinnitus after just a couple of days of taking it. This is the only change in my daily routine, and these symptoms started directly after taking the supplement and disappear when I stop.

    If you aren’t sensitive (in my case I had to try), then it might be good for you! The ease of use is wonderful and it tastes good. Didn’t cause any upset stomach either.

    I reached out to their customer service department, and while they appear to be helpful, they’re more responsive than anything. Fortunately Amazon refunded my money, but Mary Ruth asked personal questions such as what medications I am on (which you should only share with a medical professional). Essentially, it felt really invasive and a hassle to deal with their customer service. So if you want to try it, get a smaller size and maybe from a store location/grocery store.

    My hair dresser recommended I buy this because I have some breakage/thinning around my temple and nape of my neck. I just finished my first bottle in exactly one month and I can see a lot of growth. Probably more than an inch, definitely more than usual. I have very long hair but the hair around my nape was short and would fall out of the ponytail and now it’s staying up. I’ve had to have her trim my bangs twice because all of the front layers are growing so fast and she’s even had to switch from using a small round brush because of the length of the breakage to a large one. She’s always telling me how much of a difference she’s seeing in my breakage growth and I definitely see a nice shine as well. I will be purchasing another bottle and would recommend. The taste doesn’t bother me I just take a swig and then sip some water after.

    Item came quick but I’m upset because this item has been on sale everywhere except Amazon. This tastes like a vitamin a strong vitamin. But it’s not horrible. I’m sure if you mixed with orange juice it would taste better. I’ve only had the bottle for two days so I don’t know if it works. I will update after a month.

    I bought this liquid vitamin to strengthen my hair in lieu of taking pills (which I dislike doing). The mango flavor is better than expected so I had no issues with taking it daily. Although, I haven’t noticed any difference yet with my hair, my nails have grown a lot and are harder. As someone who always had very short, weak nails that tear easily, this made the cost worthwhile to me. However, it’s worth mentioning that the 15oz bottle will only last about month.
