This def helped decrease hot flashes and night sweats for me. I stopped taking briefly and they slowly returned. I only take one pill and seems to have good effects and then the bottle lasts longer.

Postmenopausal but still having brutal night sweats. My doctor prescribed me a medication that was amazing but my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. This was her next recommendation. I find this to be about 85% effective. I’m no longer drowning! It’s not 100% cure but I don’t think anything is. I highly recommend this.

My hot flashes weren’t SEVERE; as in, I never had sweat literally running down my body. But several times a day I would get pink and flushed, and beads of sweat would pop up on my face and also all over my body. Both daytime and nighttime. At the worst, my bra would get damp.

After taking this stuff for about a week, I felt like the frequency of hot flashes had decreased a small amount. It also felt like the degree (meaning temperature) went down just a little. Like if the flashes previously caused a 5-degree spike in my temperature, now they were causing only a 4.5-degree spike.

Now after taking it for almost 5 weeks, I think the frequency has definitely dropped, although I still get 1 or 2 hot flashes a day, plus 3 or 4 every night. But they definitely aren’t as severe either. They only last for like 30 seconds, and I don’t end up feeling clammy most of the time; my clothing is no longer damp as the result of a hot flash.

A friend of mine said it took a full 6 weeks for hers to completely vanish using this product; so we’ll see what happens for me by the end of this second bottle.

Update (dropped a star): After taking it for three full months, my hot flashes & night sweats did vanish entirely. It was bliss! Unfortunately, after only about 5 months of total relief, they are gradually starting to come back again. They are still pretty mild – only 2 or 3 times each day and each night, and they never make me sweat, just feel a bit too warm. It’s still a whole lot better than it was before I started taking this at all.

But I’m worried that the effects will continue wearing off, and in a couple months I’ll be back to where I was when I started. It would be one thing if this stuff was 10 bucks; but as many have pointed out, it’s EXPENSIVE! I’m not willing to spend it if it doesn’t work. So I’m now hunting for something else that might work better.

This is my second bottle and I really wanted it to work and I think I gave it enough time to work. The second bottle is almost finished and have not noticed any difference at all, I still have night sweats , wake up all drenched and pretty bad multiple hot flashes during the day! 😞

Of all the products I’ve purchased on Amazon over the years, I never thought reviewing a menopause relief pill would be my first.
Ladies…I was entirely skeptical when a friend recommended this considering that I’d already tried the “cooling” sheets, “cooling” pajamas, “cooling” pillowcase only to toss them into a big Linens of Lies pile.
It took a full 4 weeks to notice the difference and oh boy what a Huge difference.
I actually sleep thru the night; no throwing the covers on/off or blasting 4 fans on myself (&poor, frozen husband).
Yes, it’s pricey & only gets you thru 1 month per bottle. But if you’re tired of yelling things out to Beelzebub himself while melting & peeling clothes off, give it go!
(My husband & I share this account so don’t be thrown off by “Ken” reviewing 🤣 It’s really me, Lisa!)

    (update at bottom)

My mom takes a lot of herbs and supplements, often sending me various items that don’t seem to do much. I am the skeptical one, trusting science and the FDA over items with no real oversight. That is not to say I am not wary of pharmaceuticals because they usually have side effects. I think it is important to understand my mindset going into this so you realize I am hard to impress. Now onto my experience:

I immediately was put off by the price of this product and the fact that they claim it takes up to two months to work. They could rake in quite a bit of money before customers realize it doesn’t work for them. That said, I had been researching ways to deal with hot flashes without using hormones. Most of the other researched options seemed to have worse side effects than the hot flashes themselves. Aside from staying in the A/C with ceiling fans in every room, I had already purchased a neck fan, a small rechargeable fan I use in the bed while sleeping, various floor fans, ice packs, and an ice hat. All of these things were helpful, but not practical when out and about.

My hot flashes didn’t cause me to flush terribly like some people but they would come on suddenly and change me from cuddling with blankets (my normal self) to feeling like I was suddenly a sauna incarnate. I was often stripping down to tank tops in desperate attempts to quickly cool off. I could probably deal with these if I knew it would be over in a year, but hearing some women suffer these for years, I had to try something.

The first week taking these pills, I wasn’t sure I noticed anything. The second week the hot flash intensity and frequency seemed to dial down, but I wasn’t completely trusting it yet, wondering if I was just imagining it. By the end of the third week, I was having days with no hot flashes at all. By the fourth week, I am hot flash free. I did have one night sweat, but I wasn’t having those regularly anymore even before the meds. They seem to come and go for me for years now.

I live in Florida so it is very hot. My office gets up to 80 with a/c and multiple fans some days. I have a low body temp and have adapted to that before the hot flashes. Now I am back to being able to tolerate it again. Some days I get a little warm, but it is sweltering here in the summer. I am just not getting those horrible overwhelming hot flash feelings I had before trying this product. Only time will tell whether it will last or my body will adapt to this. I will update my review if anything changes.

My guess is this product may not work for everyone and it may only lesson the intensity for some people. My lower body temperature might make me the perfect candidate to knock them out completely. Half of my hot flashes wouldn’t take me to the sweat phase and the other half were just that initial prickly release of your body attempting to cool off but there was no dripping sweat (if that makes sense).

If you are suffering and can afford these, I say give them a try. Also check your valupak coupon envelopes in the mail because I saw a coupon come this week, which I wish I had before. (20% off) I am going to see if I can try to use it for a future purchase, although it is for new customers, which is lame.

Update: I removed one star so far because I am starting to experience some potentially negative side effects from this, although I do remain hot – flash free. I have become very bloated, my breasts are larger (not a negative ;-), my breasts are tender, my stomach seems a little off/change in stool consistency, and I have been feeling more emotional/bothered by things. Essentially I feel like I have PMS! Is this a coincidence and have a reached a new phase of menopause? Maybe… but I won’t know for sure unless I go off this. I am trying to decide if hot flashes are worse than these symptoms. Maybe I could back off and take a half dose or stay on it for one week, off for one week or something similar. I will have to report back.

It took about 3 weeks to start working. I have gone from 6-8 flashes a day to less than 5 per week. It has really worked for me. Not to mention I live in the tropics so you cam imagine the sweat drenched sheets and clothing. I signed up for subscription to save money. The magnesium in the supplement has also helped with sleep. I am impressed!
